Senior Product Designer II - Fizz

2025 - Present  Leading design on a big bet from Instacart to reach a new demographic - a separate 21+ alcohol delivery app with group ordering. Balancing the challenges of launching an MVP at top speed, iterating on features with only directional data from early numbers, collaborating with Instacart teams with overlapping tech, collaborating with our launch partner Partiful to improve growth, and prioritizing UX improvements on a very niche value prop - group ordering for events.

Senior Product Designer II - Restaurants

2024  Iterating on the Restaurants UX (an experience within the Instacart app, powered by Uber, in form of an embedded webview). Focusing on entry points and education components that highlight incentives and promotions to increase Restaurants visits and orders.

Senior Product Designer II - Ads

2022 - 2024  Creating seamless ad experiences that improve grocery shopping for customers by enabling discovery of brands and products to love, new use cases for products (like recipes and pairings), and promotions. Led design on Display Ads, growing ad revenue (by increasing impressions through optimizing formats) and advertiser adoption (by increasing ad engagement, improving experiences for advertisers, and launching differentiated and desirable formats that advertisers spend new budget on).

2021 - 2022  Managing a growing team of six designers, raising the bar on design standards and product processes. My team's focus is growing our business by designing user-centric experiences on multiple products, both web and native app - a learning platform for people with chronic conditions to achieve health goals, seven (and counting) online condition communities providing meaningful connection and support to people with chronic conditions, and four health information brands including Healthline.com, the #1 health information site in the US.
